To avoid termination of service please do not use EPlanetRadio Free Ads to promote any site related to adult content, porn, warez, hacking, illegal activities, hate-related sites, or any other website that is considered offensive to the general public.

We respect your privacy. Your information is confidential and will not be sold or given away. We may, from time to time, send you special offers related to webmaster promotion. 

Authorization of Use
EPlanetRadio Free Ads members are hear-by given authorization as a single license to access the EPlanetRadio Free Ads members area, and to use it within the terms of this agreement. EPlanetRadio reserves the right to terminate this license at any time for any breach of this agreement.

Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this Agreement with EPlanetRadio website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

No Guarantees on Results
EPlanetRadio makes no guarantees on how our Free Ads   site may affect your website traffic.

Terms of Agreement
The term of this Agreement will begin upon sign-up thru our online application and will end when terminated by either party. Any party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party notice of termination thru email.

Cancellation
At any time, and without cause, members may be terminate their membership by logging in and deleting their own account.
